My Story
As an ICF accredited coach and practitioner of NLP, I support leaders, parents & professionals who feel tired, frustrated, overwhelmed or who lack confidence to over-come their self-limiting beliefs, improve their mindset and habits, increase their confidence and well-being, and achieve greater potential and fulfillment.​

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and further education in Positive Psychology. I proudly completed my Advanced Coaching Certification at BeCoach Academy and obtained my ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.

In my coaching I focus on helping clients achieve a deeper, lasting transformation and a mindset shift so that they can not only navigate any current challenges more effectively, but future challenges as well, and take proactive steps towards greater happiness.
