This program takes you on a powerful journey of self reflection, discovery and inside-out transformation to release old habits and thinking patterns, upgrade and re-wire unhelpful beliefs, and to connect you with the more confident self, which already exists within you.
Through thought-provoking self-reflection exercises, transformative coaching sessions, and powerful guided visualizations upleveled with the power of NLP, you may just feel better than you have felt in a long time.

Bust through the old patterns, habits, negative self-talk and the saboteurs that have been holding you back (until now) from living your best life.

Gain a more holistic view of self, including your values, your motivators and drivers and of the life you truly now want to live.

This program will guide you to:

Release Old Thought Patterns
You will let go of some of the old, often borrowed, looping thought patterns and negative self talk of your inner critic, and of the fears and triggers that diminish your confidence while keeping you stuck in old paradigms. You will uplevel and re-wire them to help you shift and feel more in control of your life.

Gain a More Holistic View of Self
Our mind tends to focus on the negative. Through deep exploration of who you are, your values and motivations, and reframing you will gain a more complete view of yourself and your brilliance. You will imagine the future you want to have and use it as fuel for your growth while experiencing more happiness and well-being.
Define Your Confident Self
Through powerfully reflective work and transformational coaching sessions you will gain an understanding of what your confident self looks, thinks, feels and behaves like. You will assess what you need to continue, start, and stop doing to live from this even more brilliant version of yourself.

Develop Your Action Plan
You will develop an action plan to live from this more confident version of yourself more of the time, and then take your first action steps towards this newer, bolder version of yourself. Our momentum check-in session will help you stay accountable for your actions items.

Gain Practical Life Tools
You will learn simple, powerful and practical tools for less stress and anxiety, and for a calm, clear, and happy mind to boost your self-assurance, your thinking and feeling in any moment, wherever you are, and wherever you go - because life is too short not to feel good most of the time.
